Clay Walker (Eastside) would become only the fifth wrestler in the nation to earn four NHSCA National Championships.

Clay was a 4x State Champion at Eastside H.S. and had a high school career record of 251-10, which currently has him 3rd in all-time wins in SC wrestling history.

Here are a few notes for Clay's accomplishment at NHSCA Nationals from 2011-2014:

Clay joined the very exclusive group when he became a four-time NHSCA Nationals champion.
The only four-time NHSCA Nationals champions are below (with senior year noted):
Tyler Beckwith (Greene, NY) - 2010
Blake Roulo (Matoaca, VA) - 2011
BJ Clagon (Toms River, NJ) - 2013
Ryan Millhof (Collins Hill, GA) - 2014
Clay Walker (Eastside, SC) - 2014
Ben Schram (Bellbrook, OH) - 2015
Aaron Brooks (North Hagerstown, MD) - 2018

We have had several SC wrestlers win NHSCA Nationals once and twice ... but four times is an amazing accomplishment and has Clay Walker as one of our most nationally decorated wrestlers during his high school career!
